Staying in this boutique hotel during Christmas was a great experience! the location was perfect, close to the main square and other key attractions. the room had a nice bath tube and shower with hot water and good pressure. It was also very clean, and the size and comfort of the bed were amazing. Another advantage was the voucher for breakfast, which allowed us to choose from several cafes nearby. We enjoyed our meal at the Grand Cafe Leopoldis and appreciated the bottle of sparkling wine provided.
the bar was closed on arrival, and we found out there was limited facility overlapping the festive season.

The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was accommodating. Plus, the hotel provided bottled water and local treats in the room, which was a nice touch during the Christmas season.
There were some downsides to our stay. The sound insulation in the room was poor, and we could hear conversations in the hallway.

Service is prompt and helpful, receptionists are very welcoming, and you get a voucher for a breakfast at several cafes nearby. the unique facilities of the hotel include speakers in the room and a bathtub in the middle.
One small issue was mentioned regarding the soundproofing on room doors, but it wasn't a major drawback for a budget, oriented traveler.
